Ward Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic

Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to deliver exceptional care within a surgical and orthopaedic environment. This is a temporary role, offering flexible shifts and competitive pay rates for healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients on a busy surgical and orthopaedic ward, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Work effectively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Keep comprehensive patient records that meet clinical standards and comply with governance regulations.
• Regularly assess and monitor patient conditions, adapting care approaches as necessary.
• Assist with pre-operative and post-operative care, promoting patient recovery and well-being.

Location:

Southend-on-Sea, Essex

Rates:

• Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
• Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
• Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
• Contract Type: Inside IR35

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Proven experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward setting.
• Excellent clinical, organisational, and communication skills.
