Ward Nurse – Admissions, Discharge & Recovery

Tripod Partners is currently recruiting a Registered General Nurse (RGN) to work in the Admission, Discharge, and Recovery Unit based in Milton Keynes. This role is ideal for nurses with experience in ward settings who can deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Position Details

• Location: Milton Keynes
• Pay Rate: £35.98 per hour
• Work Pattern: Full-time hours available, covering day and night shifts as required
• Specialty: Admissions, Discharge & Recovery

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care in admission, discharge, and recovery settings.
• Monitor patients post-procedure, ensuring a safe and effective recovery process.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to plan and deliver patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Support the smooth transition of patients through the admissions and discharge processes.

Requirements

• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with valid NMC registration.
• Proven experience in ward-based nursing, ideally in admissions, discharge, or recovery.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
