RGN (Registered General Nurse)

Job Title: Ward Nurse – Surgical/Orthopaedic

Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for an experienced Ward Nurse to provide high-quality care in a surgical and orthopaedic setting. This is a temporary role, ideal for professionals looking for flexible shifts with competitive pay rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional care to patients within a fast-paced surgical and orthopaedic ward.
• Work closely with doctors and other nurses to assess patient needs and treatment progress.
• Ensure that all patient information is accurately documented according to legal and clinical standards.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition, delivering immediate interventions when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.

Location:

Anlaby, East Yorkshire

Rates:

• Weekday Rate: £32.69 per hour
• Saturday/Sunday Rate: £35.00 per hour
• Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
• Contract Type: Inside IR35

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Proven experience in a surgical or orthopaedic ward environment.
• Strong clinical, organisational, and communication skills.
