RRT or is CRT acceptable? CRT, AHA only – BLS, ACLS, PALSTypes of patients (adults, peds, and neonates?) Adults with some peds in and infants in ER setting. What areas do they cover (Inpatient, Outpatient, ER, Rehab, Sleep Lab, etc.) ER, ICU, CVICU, wards. No outpatient services. Experience or ‘Must have’ skills Adult Critical care with confidence in this area.Job Duties (ie: Do RTs draw ABGs, perform EKGs, etc.) ABGs, EKGs, Vent management, BiPAP, CPAP, general RT work.Are RTs Required to be able to Intubate Independently or only to assist? Intubation assist in all areas. Respiratory Manager/Supervisor/Lead Therapist? No. Shifts & Scheduling (*Would they ever be the only RT in-house?) No solo shifts. 12-hour shifts, 6 to 6:30 includes weekends and holidays. Primary need is Days West Campus. But working both sites may occur. West Campus is adults. East Campus is all ages.
