With 3 therapists, will be divided further, depending on census and acuity. Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 2-3 therapists each shift Type of equipment : Hamilton C6 and PB 980 Vents, Vapotherm, Airvo, V60 Bipap, Bubble CPAP Documentation system: Meditech Expanse Scheduling special requirements: Minimum of every other weekend expectation Floating policy: N/A Patient Experience requirements: AIDET Hospital Specifics- Certifications: Joint Commission accreditation Hiring profile Years of Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year Requested Skill Set: CRT/ RRT Must have: Associates or Bachelor s degree in Respiratory Therapy Current licensure in CRT or RRT Credentialed and active member of NBRC Advanced skills needed: Procedures performed on unit: ABGs, Oxygen Nebs, Vent Management, Bipap Management, Home 02 qualifications, CPT vest, HiFlo Management, Bubble CPAP, EKGs Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP Dress Code: (Required uniform) Scrubs (gray, black, navy) Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines. RT cannot currently intubate; working on competency checkoff.
