Patient Ratios RVU System Type of equipment Vents PB, Drager V500, Aerogon s, V60 Bipap, HHFNC, Hamilton C transport, Oscillator, NITRICEMR – EPICTypical hiring profileSkill Set Most recruited for: Must have: Registered Respiratory Therapy credentials, ACLS, PALS, BLS, NRP, preferably Level 3 unit NICU skills. Without these skills may not be considered for the role. Please include required certsAcute care experiences with Med Surg, ER and ICU. Good time management with heavy loads at times. Experience managing Bipaps, ventilators and Heated High Flow units. Assisting with intubations, bedside bronchs and proficient EMR charting. Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. List typical procedures performed on unit(s): ICU/CCU, NICU, and Emergency Care as an RTBest personality Fit:Willing to jump in and help with higher loads and higher acuity patients. Being independent and self-motivating. Willing to work in Level 3 NICU.
