ER, Floors, peds, L&D, nursery, ICU, Sleep lab, OR, PACU.- Experience or ‘Must have’ skills: Must have 1 year of experience – Job Duties (ie: Do RTs draw ABGs, perform EKGs, etc.): Draw ABG’s, Occasionally do EKG.- Are RTs Required to be able to Intubate Independently or only to assist?: Assist- Respiratory Manager/Supervisor/Lead Therapist?: Supervisor-Ellen-M-F – Shifts & Scheduling (*Would they ever be the only RT in-house?): 6:30-7 Kronos – Work with request but need to be flexible to fill holes. – Weekend Requirement: Every other – Holiday Requirement: Rotate in with perm staff- Call or standby call requirement?: Typically no call – What is call response time: 30Minutes – Floating Requirements: No floating to sister campus- Scrub Color/Dress Code: Wine burgundy – RT Equipment (Brand for Vents, Cpap, Bipap, High Flow): Drager, A40, LTV and Avea in nursery V-60, vapotherms- Hospitalist or Intensivist in house: Yes 24/7- Department Specific Orientation: 2days – Additional Questions: How do you bounce back from a difficult day?
