Would have advance notice On Call/Call-Back: N/AWeekend/Holiday: Every other weekend and holiday rotationRequired Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, required, ADVANCED NRP preferred. NBRC RRT, NBRC CRT is accepted, but RRT must be obtained within one year. Active WI license required. (Aspirus requires AHA or ARC certifications)Required Education: Associates DegreeMinimum Experience: 3+ year experience, peds experience required*PREVIOUS TRAVEL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Charting/Equipment: V60 BIPAP, HAMILTON G5 AND C1, ISTAT, DOCUMENTATION IN EPICUnit Specific Skillset: Respiratory Therapy supports all patient care areas of the hospital, including ED and general care areas. Provide emergency services for Rapid Response and CodeBlue.Basic Respiratory Care, Critical Care, Ventilator Management, Patient assessment with Assess and Treat Protocols, care for all age groups.Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates. Dress Code: closed toed shoes; scrubs any color); clean; no smoking or scent allowed; piercings per dress code policy GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.Contract is eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hoursTravelers can be put on call for low census hours. The on-call hours that travelers are placed on will count toward the 36 low census unbillable hours. If the traveler is called back to the facility, they will be able to receive call back pay. Call back minimum is 2 hours.During Flu Season any traveler that declines to be flu and covid vaccinated will be required to wear a mask at all times. There is no exception to this Aspirus policy.
