On Call/Call Back Requirements: N/A Call-Off Policy: Client can terminate contract with 2 weeks notice if census dictates.Certifications Required: AHA BLS, AHA PALS, NRP, required. WI License and NBRC RRT (must be RRT) Education: AD Minimum Experience: 3-5 years Peds critical care or NICU. Must be able to function on PICU and Level IV NICU.Charting: Epic Clin Doc, preferred. Required Skillset: oPICU Experience RequiredoVents-Servo I and Servo u, LTV’s, Astral and Trilogy, Oscillators, Trach patients, knowledge of invasive and non-invasive ventilation, CPAP, BiPaP, RAM cannula, NAVA ventilation, PEP, INOo24 bed peds cardiac ICU, 24 beds peds medical ICU, 24 beds peds surgical ICU, 70 bed level IV NICUo2-3 RCP’s in each of PICU, 3-4 RCP’s in NICU depending on census.oManage respiratory care patients, vent management, intubations, extubations, suctioning, treatments.Scrub Colors: Any professional scrubsJewelry (body piercing/body adornment): A single small stud is now permitted to be worn in the nose. No other visible body piercings (e.g. tongue, eyebrow, lips and gauges) are acceptable (except ear piercings). Flesh colored or clear piercing plugs may now be worn.**Flu vaccine required. NO EXEMPTIONS**Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where the unit is closed and orientation week.
