Respiratory Therapist (RT)

Seven Healthcare is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist (RT) to join a supportive healthcare team in Norfolk, Virginia. This full-time, permanent role offers 12-hour day shifts, competitive pay, and the opportunity to make a real impact on patients’ respiratory health.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures

• Operate and monitor mechanical ventilators and related equipment

• Assess and document patient conditions and progress

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams

• Educate patients and families on respiratory care and equipment use

Requirements

• Active Virginia Respiratory Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program

• CRT or RRT credential required

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

• Prior acute care or rehab experience preferred
