Respiratory Therapist (RT)

Seven Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Respiratory Therapist (RT) for a full-time, permanent position in Watertown, New York. Key Responsibilities

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will:

• Assess, treat, and care for patients with breathing disorders

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and manage ventilators

• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

• Perform diagnostic procedures such as arterial blood gas analysis, pulmonary function tests, and EKGs

• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital and state protocols

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program

• Current RRT or CRT license in New York (NBRC certified)

• BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)

• Experience in acute care or critical care settings preferred

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills

• Familiarity with EHR systems and respiratory equipment

• 1 year of RT experience.
