Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced and compassionate Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join a respected hospital system in White Plains, New York. This night-shift position is ideal for a respiratory professional who thrives in critical care environments and is dedicated to delivering high-quality respiratory support across diverse patient populations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Respiratory Therapist, your duties will include:

• Providing high-quality respiratory care to patients of all ages
• Managing ventilators, administering aerosol therapy, airway care, oxygen therapy, and conducting diagnostic testing
• Responding to rapid response calls and supporting critical care interventions
• Evaluating and documenting patient progress and treatment effectiveness
• Collaborating effectively with healthcare providers, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams
• Demonstrating clinical expertise while working independently during night shifts
• Supporting rotating weekend and holiday coverage

Schedule Details

• Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 6:45 AM
• 13 shifts per month
• Monday to Friday night schedule
• Alternating weekends and holidays
• Full time: 36 hours per week

Qualifications

• Active New York State Respiratory Therapy Licence
• Credentialed Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
• Graduate of an approved Respiratory Therapy programme
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• NRP and ACLS certification strongly recommended
• Strong clinical judgement and ability to function independently overnight
