Independent assessment, treatment, and discharge planning within the community rehab team

Use of recognised outcome measures and clinical reasoning to support therapy delivery

Confidence in planning and managing own caseload and treatment plans

Experience in the NHS, ideally in community and rehab settings

Must be a car driver due to the nature of community-based visits
