Key Responsibilities

As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will:

• Deliver respiratory care services to patients with acute and chronic conditions

• Manage and monitor ventilators, oxygen therapy, and aerosolized medications

• Respond to emergency codes and assist with rapid response interventions

• Conduct pulmonary diagnostics and therapeutic procedures

• Document patient care and progress in electronic health records

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Educate patients and families on respiratory treatments and equipment

Qualifications

• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential through NBRC

• Licensed (or eligible) Colorado Respiratory Care Practitioner

• BLS required; ACLS, PALS, and NRP preferred

• 1+ year of acute care or critical care experience preferred

• Strong communication, critical thinking, and technical skills
