Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a full-time opportunity in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Key Responsibilities
As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will:

• Assess, treat, and care for patients with breathing and cardiopulmonary disorders
• Administer respiratory therapies, including oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and ventilator management
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
• Perform diagnostic tests such as pulmonary function testing and arterial blood gas analysis
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and home care techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments and patient progress

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential through NBRC required
• State licensure in Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
• BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
• Previous clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient-care skills
