Pharmacist

Seven Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and dependable Registered Pharmacist to join a respected hospital system in White Plains, New York. This night-shift role is ideal for a pharmacist with extensive hospital experience who excels in clinical accuracy, medication safety, and supporting patient care across all inpatient units.

Key Responsibilities
As a Registered Pharmacist, your duties will include:

• Providing accurate and timely dispensing of medications for inpatient units
• Reviewing and verifying medication orders for dosing, interactions, and safety
• Acting as a clinical resource for physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
• Supporting medication reconciliation and patient education as required
• Adhering to departmental policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
• Participating in night-shift workflows, including clinical checks and sterile compounding
• Providing hospital coverage every other weekend and during holiday rotations

Schedule Details
Night Shift:

• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Week 1: 3 nights
• Week 2: 4 nights
• Every other weekend, including holidays
• Full-time, 40 hours per week

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy with at least a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
• Active New York Pharmacist Registration
• Successful completion of all hospital and departmental orientation requirements
• Hospital pharmacy experience is essential
• Strong clinical judgement, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours in a fast-paced inpatient environment
