Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring compliance with care standards and regulations
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, including LPNs and CNAs
• Coordinate resident care plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor clinical outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Maine (required)
• Current BLS certification (required)
