Registered Nurse – Telemetry (RN)

Seven Healthcare is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse for a full-time, permanent position in the Telemetry Unit at a leading healthcare facility in Olathe, Kansas. This role is ideal for an RN with strong cardiac monitoring experience who excels in delivering high-acuity, patient-centered care offering $33 to $40 hourly.

Key Responsibilities
As a Telemetry RN, you will:

• Provide continuous cardiac monitoring and care for patients with complex conditions

• Interpret telemetry rhythms and notify providers of significant changes

• Administer medications, treatments, and assess patient responses

• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams

• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions

• Document all care accurately in EMR systems

• Ensure safety and adherence to hospital policies and clinical protocols

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kansas (or compact license, if applicable)

• BLS and ACLS certifications required

• Minimum 1 year of telemetry or progressive care experience preferred

• Proficiency in EKG interpretation and cardiac monitoring

• Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills
