Seven Healthcare is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse for a full-time, permanent position in the Telemetry Unit at a leading healthcare facility in Everett, Washington. This role is ideal for an RN with strong cardiac monitoring experience who excels in delivering high-acuity, patient-centered care offering $75,000 to $145,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities
As a Telemetry RN, you will:
-
Provide continuous cardiac monitoring and care for patients with complex conditions
-
Interpret telemetry rhythms and notify providers of significant changes
-
Administer medications, treatments, and assess patient responses
-
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams
-
Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
-
Document all care accurately in EMR systems

Ensure safety and adherence to hospital policies and clinical protocols
Qualifications
-
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington (or compact license, if applicable)

BLS and ACLS certifications required

Minimum 1 year of telemetry or progressive care experience preferred

Proficiency in EKG interpretation and cardiac monitoring

Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills
