Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to residents in an SNF setting

• Monitor patient health, administer medications, and assist with treatments

• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, therapists, and CNAs

• Document care plans, progress notes, and shift reports accurately

• Respond to emergencies and manage chronic conditions efficiently

• Communicate with families and provide updates on resident status

• Uphold infection control and safety protocols at all times

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Maine (required)

• BLS certification (required)

• Minimum of 1 year RN experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting (preferred)

• Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently during night shifts and manage a resident caseload effectively
