Key Responsibilities

As a Renal Telemetry RN, you will:

• Deliver direct nursing care to patients with renal disease and cardiac monitoring needs

• Monitor telemetry and respond promptly to cardiac rhythm changes

• Administer dialysis-related medications, IV therapies, and treatments

• Collaborate with nephrologists, cardiologists, and interdisciplinary teams

• Educate patients and families on renal disease management and post-discharge care

• Document all assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately in the EHR

• Maintain infection control and safety protocols at all times

Qualifications

• Active Washington Registered Nurse (RN) license (or compact license)

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

• 1+ year of experience in telemetry, renal, or step-down unit preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and ability to recognize changes in patient condition

• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
