Seven Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, permanent opportunity in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This position offers $28.66–$47.29 per hour with a schedule of 3×12-hour night shifts and is ideal for an RN passionate about providing high-quality mental health care and supporting patients through their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities
As a Psychiatric Registered Nurse, you will:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients with psychiatric and behavioral health conditions
- Conduct mental health assessments and monitor patient status and behavior
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- De-escalate crisis situations using therapeutic communication and safety protocols
- Educate patients and families on mental health conditions and coping strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and observations
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Active RN license in the state of Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
- BLS certification required (CPI certification preferred)
- Previous psychiatric or behavioral health experience preferred
- Strong communication, de-escalation, and critical thinking skills
