Registered Nurse – Ortho Spine

Seven Healthcare is seeking a knowledgeable and patient-focused Registered Nurse for a full-time, permanent position in the Ortho Spine Unit at a top-tier healthcare facility in Everett, Washington. Key Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse in the Ortho Spine Unit, you will:

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care to patients recovering from orthopedic and spine surgeries

• Monitor post-operative status, manage pain, and support early mobilization

• Collaborate with surgeons, physical therapists, and other care providers

• Educate patients and families on surgical recovery and discharge planning

• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in EMR systems

• Follow all safety, infection control, and clinical protocols

• Promote a healing environment with compassion and professionalism

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State (or compact license if applicable)

• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred

• Minimum 1 year of orthopedic, spine, or post-surgical nursing experience preferred

• Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary care team
