Seven Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, permanent opportunity in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This position offers $28.66–$49.29 per hour with a schedule of 3×12-hour night shifts and is ideal for an RN passionate about providing specialized, patient-centered care to individuals undergoing cancer treatment.

Key Responsibilities
As an Oncology Registered Nurse, you will:
- Provide direct nursing care to oncology patients across all stages of cancer treatment
- Administer chemotherapy, medications, and supportive therapies safely and accurately
- Monitor patient responses to treatment and manage side effects
- Collaborate with oncologists and interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust care plans
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, symptom management, and supportive care
- Provide emotional support to patients and families navigating cancer care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Active RN license in the state of Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
- BLS certification required (ONS certification preferred)
- Previous oncology experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and compassionate care skills
