Registered Nurse – Neuro Telemetry

Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced and detail-driven Registered Nurse for a full-time, permanent position in the Neuro Telemetry Unit at a respected healthcare facility in Everett, Washington. This role is ideal for an RN with strong neuro and telemetry experience who is passionate about monitoring complex neurological conditions and delivering exceptional patient care offering $80,000 to $145,000 annuallly.

Key Responsibilities
As a Neuro Telemetry RN, you will:

• Provide specialized care to patients with neurological disorders requiring cardiac monitoring

• Monitor telemetry and respond to abnormal cardiac rhythms and neuro changes

• Collaborate with neurology, cardiology, and interdisciplinary care teams

• Administer medications, perform assessments, and develop individualized care plans

• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and post-discharge care

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in EMR systems

• Ensure safety and compliance with hospital policies and best practices

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State (or compact license if applicable)

• BLS and ACLS certifications required

• Minimum 1 year of telemetry, neuro, or progressive care experience preferred

• Proficient in interpreting EKGs and neurological assessments

• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
