Key Responsibilities
As a Neuro Orthopedics RN, you will:

• Deliver skilled nursing care to patients recovering from neurological and orthopedic conditions or surgeries

• Monitor neurological status and provide pain management and mobility support

• Collaborate with neurosurgeons, orthopedic specialists, physical therapists, and other care team members

• Educate patients and families on recovery plans, post-op care, and rehabilitation expectations

• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress in EMR systems

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, protocols, and infection control procedures

• Support patients through recovery with compassion, clear communication, and professional expertise

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Montana (or compact license, if applicable)

• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred

• Minimum 1 year of experience in neurology, orthopedics, or med-surg nursing preferred

• Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills

• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary care team
