Seven Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – NICU for a full-time, permanent opportunity in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This position offers $28.66–$49.29 per hour with a schedule of 3×12-hour night shifts and is ideal for an RN dedicated to providing high-quality, specialized care to critically ill newborns and supporting families during challenging times.

Key Responsibilities
As a NICU Registered Nurse, you will:
- Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill or premature newborns
- Monitor vital signs, respiratory status, and overall neonatal condition
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and specialized treatments
- Operate and manage neonatal equipment such as ventilators and incubators
- Collaborate with neonatologists and interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Educate and support parents and families throughout the NICU experience
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Active RN license in the state of Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
- BLS and NRP certification required
- Previous NICU experience required
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and critical thinking skills
