Registered Nurse – MedSurg

Seven Healthcare is currently offering a full-time, permanent opportunity for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join a Medical-Surgical (MedSurg) unit in Geneva, New York. This position is ideal for nurses who enjoy delivering well-rounded, patient-centered care in a dynamic hospital setting offering $70,000 to $90,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse – MedSurg, you will:

• Provide direct nursing care to adult and geriatric patients with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions

• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Monitor patient status, recognize changes in condition, and communicate with the care team

• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and allied health professionals to develop and carry out care plans

• Educate patients and families on health conditions, procedures, medications, and discharge care

• Maintain accurate documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems

• Uphold patient safety, infection control, and hospital policy standards

Qualifications

• Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)

• At least 1 year of recent MedSurg experience preferred

• Strong clinical judgment, time management, and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
