Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical-Surgical (MedSurg) Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, permanent opportunity in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This position offers $28.66–$49.29 per hour with a schedule of 3×12-hour night shifts and is ideal for an RN committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced MedSurg environment.

Key Responsibilities
As a MedSurg Registered Nurse, you will:
- Provide direct nursing care to adult patients with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions
- Monitor patient status, administer medications, and manage IV therapies
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care continuously
- Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient care activities
- Respond to changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Active RN license in the state of Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
- BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
- MedSurg or acute care experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and multitasking skills
