Registered Nurse – MedSurg

Key Responsibilities
As a MedSurg RN, you will:

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to adult patients with a wide variety of medical conditions

• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform routine treatments

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers to implement patient care plans

• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatments, and post-discharge care

• Document all care provided accurately in the electronic medical record

• Respond to changes in patient status and escalate care appropriately

• Participate in admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed

• Maintain a clean and safe clinical environment in accordance with hospital policies

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Idaho

• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred)

• 1+ years of MedSurg or acute care experience preferred

• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
