Registered Nurse Manager – ICU/PCU

Seven Healthcare is currently offering a full-time, permanent opportunity for an experienced and driven Registered Nurse Manager to lead a team in the ICU/PCU (Intensive and Progressive Care Units) in Sanford, Florida. This leadership position plays a vital role in ensuring high-quality patient care delivery and team development in a high-acuity environment offering $90,000 to $120,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities
As the Registered Nurse Manager – ICU/PCU, you will:

• Provide leadership and oversight for ICU and PCU nursing teams to ensure safe, evidence-based patient care

• Manage daily operations, staffing, and clinical workflows to optimize patient outcomes and team efficiency

• Collaborate with physicians, hospital leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to maintain high standards of care

• Mentor and develop nursing staff through performance evaluations, education, and coaching

• Monitor and improve quality metrics, patient safety, and regulatory compliance

• Assist in budget planning, supply management, and resource allocation

• Respond to urgent clinical situations and support critical decision-making at the bedside as needed

• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system

Qualifications

• Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in ICU or PCU; 1+ year in a nursing leadership or supervisory role preferred

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Knowledge of critical care protocols, nurse staffing models, and regulatory standards

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Leadership preferred
