Key Responsibilities
As the RN Manager of the Employee Health Clinic, you will:

• Oversee daily operations of the employee health clinic, ensuring efficient and quality care

• Supervise and support nursing and administrative staff

• Coordinate wellness initiatives, vaccinations, health screenings, and return-to-work evaluations

• Maintain employee health records and ensure compliance with regulatory and workplace safety requirements

• Serve as the primary liaison between staff, administration, and occupational health providers

• Develop and implement health education programs for staff

• Monitor clinic performance, manage supplies, and maintain operational budgets

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas (or compact state license)

• BSN required; MSN or leadership/occupational health certification preferred

• BLS certification required

• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience

• 1+ year of experience in a clinic or occupational health setting preferred

• Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills
