Key Responsibilities
As the Cath Lab Nurse Manager, you will:

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Cath Lab, ensuring safe, efficient patient care

• Supervise and support nursing and technical staff, fostering clinical excellence

• Collaborate with cardiologists, radiologists, and other care team members to optimize outcomes

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, Joint Commission standards, and state/federal regulations

• Manage unit budget, staffing, scheduling, and quality performance initiatives

• Oversee training and professional development of team members

• Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical results

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California

• BLS and ACLS certifications required

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree (MSN or related) preferred

• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical Cath Lab experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role

• Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking skills

• Proven ability to manage high-volume, high-acuity cardiac care services
