Key Responsibilities

As the Cath Lab Nurse Manager, you will:

• Oversee daily operations of the Cardiac Cath Lab, including staffing, patient flow, and resource allocation

• Supervise and support a team of RNs, techs, and ancillary staff

• Collaborate with physicians and interventional cardiologists to optimize patient care

• Monitor and improve quality outcomes, compliance, and patient satisfaction

• Manage budgeting, scheduling, performance evaluations, and staff development

• Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards, safety policies, and accreditation guidelines

• Lead quality improvement initiatives and participate in strategic planning

Qualifications

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license

• BSN required; MSN or healthcare leadership degree preferred

• BLS and ACLS certifications required

• 3+ years of Cath Lab RN experience and 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role

• Deep understanding of cardiovascular procedures, patient safety, and regulatory compliance

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
