Registered Nurse Manager – Cath Lab

Seven Healthcare is offering a full-time, permanent opportunity for an experienced and driven Registered Nurse Manager to lead the Cardiac Catheterization Lab (Cath Lab) team in Wichita, Kansas. This leadership role is ideal for a nurse with strong clinical knowledge of cardiac procedures and the ability to guide teams in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment offering $75,000 to $110,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

As the Cath Lab Nurse Manager, you will:

• Supervise daily operations of the Cath Lab, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow

• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to nursing and tech staff

• Collaborate with cardiologists, radiologists, and interdisciplinary teams for procedural efficiency

• Ensure patient care is delivered in accordance with established standards and protocols

• Monitor and evaluate patient safety, performance improvement, and compliance initiatives

• Assist with onboarding, training, and continuing education for staff

• Maintain accurate records and reporting for quality metrics, procedures, and staff performance

Qualifications

• Active Kansas Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a Cath Lab or cardiac-focused unit

• Prior nurse management or supervisory experience strongly preferred

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications

• Strong clinical judgment, organizational, and leadership skills
