Registered Nurse – Long Term Care (LTC)

Seven Healthcare is hiring a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a per diem position in a Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Andover, Massachusetts offering a daily rate of $465. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to residents in LTC/SNF settings

• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as ordered

• Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition

• Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams

• Accurately document patient care, progress, and clinical observations

• Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and infection control

• Provide emotional support to residents and families

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Massachusetts (required)

• Current BLS certification (required)

• At least 1 year of experience in a long-term care or SNF setting (preferred)

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to provide high-quality care during 12-hour shifts
