Key Responsibilities
As an ICU RN, you will:

• Provide continuous, high-acuity care for critically ill patients

• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and respond to emergencies

• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and the interdisciplinary team

• Utilize advanced equipment and technology to support patient needs

• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and recovery

• Accurately document patient status, treatments, and progress in EMR systems

• Adhere to strict infection control, safety, and quality care standards

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma (or compact license)

• BLS and ACLS certifications required

• Minimum 1 year of ICU or critical care experience preferred
