Registered Nurse – Float Pool

Key Responsibilities

As a Float Pool RN, you will:

• Provide direct patient care across multiple units including MedSurg, Telemetry, ICU, ER, and more

• Adapt quickly to different team dynamics, patient populations, and unit procedures

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless transitions and quality care

• Document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately

• Follow safety protocols, infection control measures, and best practices in every unit

• Respond to patient needs with professionalism, empathy, and clinical expertise

Qualifications

• Active Montana Registered Nurse (RN) license (or compact license)

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (additional certifications preferred depending on units)

• 2+ years of nursing experience in acute care settings preferred

• Strong clinical adaptability and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and integrate quickly into new teams
