This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $96,400 to $125,000, based on experience, for a 5×8 day shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities of the Endoscopy Clinical Manager:

• Oversee daily operations of the Endoscopy department, ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient patient care

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of endoscopy nurses and technicians

• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and workflow to optimize department performance

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Maintain compliance with all hospital, state, and federal regulations, as well as infection control standards

• Manage budgets, equipment, and inventory to ensure cost-effective operations

• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives and staff education

Requirements of the Endoscopy Clinical Manager:

• Active Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) license (or compact license)

• Current BLS certification

• 2-4 years of related experience

• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

• Strong commitment to patient safety, quality, and team development
