Key Responsibilities

As an Emergency Room RN, you will:

• Deliver prompt and effective care to patients with urgent and life-threatening conditions

• Perform rapid assessments and triage to prioritize patient care needs

• Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency interventions

• Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and patient status changes

• Collaborate with emergency physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate treatment plans

• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions

• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation in electronic health records (EHR)

• Uphold hospital protocols, infection control measures, and safety standards

Qualifications

• Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license (or compact license)

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS and TNCC preferred)

• Minimum of 1 year of ER or critical care nursing experience

• Strong critical thinking, communication, and time management skills

• Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure, rapidly changing environments
