Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (ED)

Seven Healthcare is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse for a full-time, permanent position in the Emergency Department at a leading healthcare facility in Everett, Washington. Key Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, you will:

• Provide rapid, evidence-based care to patients with acute and critical conditions

• Triage patients and prioritize interventions based on clinical need

• Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patient responses

• Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary teams

• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)

• Respond to emergencies with sound clinical judgment and urgency

• Adhere to safety standards and infection control procedures

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State (or compact license, if applicable)

• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS and TNCC preferred

• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department experience preferred

• Strong communication, clinical, and critical thinking skills

• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
