Key Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, you will:

• Provide direct, evidence-based nursing care to patients with acute and emergent conditions

• Triage patients, administer medications, and perform treatments as ordered

• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and healthcare staff

• Monitor patient status and respond to changes quickly and effectively

• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR systems

• Follow hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards

• Support a culture of compassion, excellence, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma or compact state

• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required

• TNCC certification preferred

• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department nursing experience preferred

• Excellent critical thinking, multitasking, and communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure and team-driven environments
