Key Responsibilities
As an Emergency Department RN, you will:
-
Deliver rapid and effective nursing care to patients with acute illnesses or injuries
-
Assess and triage patients based on severity of condition
-
Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies
-
Collaborate with physicians, paramedics, and interdisciplinary teams
-
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
-
Respond to trauma activations, codes, and emergency alerts
-
Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and follow-up care
Qualifications
-
Active Idaho Registered Nurse (RN) license (or compact license)
-
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS and TNCC preferred
-
Minimum 1 year of emergency nursing experience preferred

Strong critical thinking, assessment, and crisis management skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure clinical environment
