Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (ED)

Seven Healthcare is actively seeking an experienced and motivated Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN) for a full-time, permanent role at a respected hospital in Torrance, California. Key Responsibilities

As an Emergency Department RN, you will:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in emergency situations

• Rapidly assess and triage patients based on acuity and clinical condition

• Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency interventions as needed

• Collaborate with physicians, paramedics, and other healthcare providers

• Monitor patients closely and respond to critical changes in condition

• Document all assessments, procedures, and interventions accurately

• Assist in trauma care, cardiac emergencies, and urgent procedures

Qualifications

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required

• PALS and TNCC preferred or must obtain within 6 months of hire

• 1+ year of Emergency Room (ER) or acute care experience preferred

• Strong ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure

• Excellent communication and clinical judgment skills
