Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (ED)

Seven Healthcare is offering a full-time, permanent opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Department in Geneva, New York. This position is ideal for a nurse who thrives in high-pressure situations and is passionate about providing critical, life-saving care to patients in urgent need offering $70,000 to $90,000 annually. ;

Key Responsibilities

As an Emergency Department RN, you will:

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients with acute illness or injury

• Perform rapid assessments, triage, and prioritize care in accordance with clinical urgency

• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions per physician orders

• Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and patient responses to treatment

• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge instructions

• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the electronic health record (EHR)

• Maintain compliance with all hospital protocols, infection control, and safety standards

Qualifications

• Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS and TNCC preferred)

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Emergency Department or acute care setting

• Strong critical thinking, time management, and communication skills

• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-stress, fast-paced environments
