Seven Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Department (ED) Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time, permanent opportunity in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This position offers $28.66–$49.29 per hour with a schedule of 3×12-hour evening shifts and is ideal for an RN who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality emergency care.

Key Responsibilities
As an ED Registered Nurse, you will:
- Provide rapid assessment, triage, and treatment of patients in the emergency department
- Manage a wide range of acute and critical conditions
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency interventions
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams during high-pressure situations
- Prioritize patient care based on acuity and clinical urgency
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Deliver compassionate care to patients and families during emergencies
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Active RN license in the state of Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Previous emergency or acute care experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, multitasking, and communication skills
