Registered Nurse – Critical Care Float Pool

Seven Healthcare is pleased to offer an exciting travel opportunity for a Critical Care Float Pool in ;Everett, WA. This contract consists of five 8-hour day shifts per week, totaling 40 hours, paying between $65,000 to $161,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities of the RN Critical Care Float Pool:

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to critically ill patients.

• Float between designated critical care units based on hospital needs.

• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, treatments, and progress.

• Respond promptly to changes in patient status, including emergencies.

• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per hospital protocols.

• Support patients and families with education and compassionate communication.

• Uphold hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Valid Washington Registered Nurse state licensure

• Minimum of 1 years recent experience in Critical Care or an acute facility

• BLS certification
