Key Responsibilities

As a Cardiac Neuro Telemetry RN, you will:

• Deliver direct nursing care to patients with cardiovascular and neurological conditions

• Monitor telemetry for arrhythmias and neurological status for changes

• Administer medications, IV therapies, and manage drips and monitoring devices

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans

• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care

• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the EHR

• Uphold safety, infection control, and quality care standards at all times

Qualifications

• Active Washington Registered Nurse (RN) license (or compact license if applicable)

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (NIHSS certification preferred)

• 1+ year of telemetry or step-down unit experience preferred

• Strong understanding of cardiac rhythms and neuro assessment

• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and time management skills
