Registered Nurse – Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU)

This full-time position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $33.15 to $51.00, based on experience, for three 12-hour night shifts per week.

Key Responsibilities of the CICU Registered Nurse:

• Deliver expert, compassionate care to patients with critical cardiac conditions, including post-cardiac surgery and acute cardiac events

• Continuously assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans

• Administer medications, IV drips, and advanced life-support treatments as prescribed

• Operate and monitor cardiac monitors, ventilators, and other critical care equipment

• Respond rapidly to emergencies, including code and rapid response situations

• Collaborate closely with cardiologists and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital standards

Requirements of the CICU Registered Nurse:

• Active Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) license (or compact license)

• Current BLS certification

• 0-6 months of relevant experience. ;

• Proficiency in cardiac monitoring, ventilator management, and emergency response

• Strong critical-thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
