Key Responsibilities
As an Acute MedSurg RN, you will:

• Provide direct care to patients with diverse acute medical and surgical needs

• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and support recovery plans

• Perform assessments and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and post-discharge care

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety procedures, and regulatory standards

• Promote a safe, healing environment with compassion and professionalism

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State (or compact license if applicable)

• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred

• Minimum 1 year of acute care or MedSurg experience preferred

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting
